This mounting kit has been Manufactured to suit most Custom Solo Seats.
Manufactured from High quality Carbon steel and Powder Coated the mounting bracket has two slots for adjusting the position of your seat. The Front Mounting Plate is also made from Carbon Steel & has a fixing hole for an M8 Caphead Screw which can be fixed to a frame weld mount or an existing bolt hole. They are bolted togethar using a stainless steel fitted bolt which provides the hinge point for the seat.
Manufactured from High quality Heavy Duty Carbon Spring steel and Chrome Plated for a Durable finish, will provide good stability as well as looks.
The Spring mounts(pair) have been Manufactured to suit both old style springs which have an 8-10mm base hole and also to suit more modern springs which have a 16-18mm base hole.The kit comes with a 1.5mm thick Stainless Steel retaining washer and a Galvanised Steel retainer clip.
The mounts have a 11.1mm Radius that fits seamlessly to 7/8"(22.2mm) frame tube and an M8 thread for bolting togethar. There is no need to weld the mounts to your frame. Just simply drill an 8mm diameter hole and bolt through.
Mounts are Powder Coated and the locking Bolt is M8 Counter Sunk Stainless Steel.
