These Heavy Duty Springs now feature a Captive Washer and Spinning nut so that you don't have to fiddle about trying to get a washer and nut onto the bolt on your seat. You now just simply screw the spring on by hand, Rotate the spring to the correct position and tighten the nut.
Note that the seat bolt must be M8.
These Spring mounts have been Manufactured to suit both old style springs which have an 8-10mm base hole and also to suit more modern springs which have a 16-18mm base hole.The kit comes with a 2mm thick Stainless Steel retaining washer and a Galvanised Steel retainer clip.
The mounts have a 12.7mm Radius that fits seamlessly to 1"(25.4mm) frame tube and an M8 thread for bolting togethar. There is no need to weld the mounts to your frame. Just simply drill an 8mm diameter hole and bolt through.
Mounts are Powder Coated and the locking Bolt is M8 Counter Sunk Stainless Steel.
